If the goods are found damaged on receipt please contact us immediately.

If you need to return the product please phone us first to discuss the problem, then if you still need to return it please do so  within 28 working days of receipt of the order, to do this you must e-mail or write to us.  You will have to arrange delivery to us and bear the cost of returning the goods suitably packed and insured, we will also require proof of delivery. The cost of the product will be refunded within 30 days.  If you fail to take reasonable care of the product before it is returned and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Our products are hand crafted and therefore subject to variations in overall dimensions, finish & colour.

Exceptions:

For custom made items full payment is required before work can begin. Please check the invoice thoroughly before paying, as the order cannot be amended once the invoice has been paid/production has begun. Custom made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
